Scrotoplasty

*The above patient R had a scrotoplasty from another surgeon that created a bifid scrotum (not fused in the middle) with no downward hang. The implants were not aligned and he sat on them frequently. Dr. Crane performed a scrotoplasty revision creating a large, hanging scrotum in the anatomically correct, anterior position so that he did not sit on his testicles.
